I keep looking at that white on cab roofs. All that comes into mind are CSX and NS. But so many possible places to check. I cannot think of where to start.
Well, I think it's quite easy to de,termine which railroad it is, by looking at the locos, so there's not any help to get there. However a hint will come your way. Looking at the picture, the stateborder is near to this facillity on the right side, within 0-200 yards or so.
