    Cool video thank you for posting. Really long train and I was thinking all of it was pulled by 1702 then saw two diesels at the end. Nice to have the extra power to help save wear and tear on 1702.

    Found out after talking with someone who knows more about steam ops than I do she was being overfired hence all the black smoke, in the past this engine is good for 6 to 8 cars at the most up the mountain not 18 and yes the 2 EMD's were doing quite a bit of the work.
