I’ve been slowly accumulating N scale gear over the last 6-7 years, and am now at a point where I have the space to make a layout.

I look forward to my time on Trainboard!

Hi C&O_MountainMan, Welcome. Happy to have you on board. Your nametag and N Scale makes me imagine a lovely Appalachian Empire. Looking forward to seeing it being created. Please share photos along the way.

“Empire” might be overstating it a bit.

L-shaped table, 6’x10’ two loops, a couple of crossings of the New River, eventually a yard with turntable and roundhouse, a coal mine and a lumber yard. And a couple of tunnels.

Photographs? “Gee, I dunno,Ralph.” I’m not sure my talents will produce a photograph-worthy product.

Don't sell yourself short C&O. 1) "smart" phones take great pictures. 2) you "new guys" show us neat ideas because you didn't know it wasn't done that way. 3) we love to see how other folks do things. Why do you think we go to shows?

Personally, I'd love to see how cross the New River. I'm into bridges.
