Remember that show? With Leonard Nemoy? Any way.
I am looking for a motor for the original 4-4-2 hiawatha from FVM. After further inspection from my brother and me we decided it gotten wet for a little bit. And the guys are corroded and I imagine once its tore down, there will be so much more corrosion.
I may just have to scrap the whole thing because over time it got so wonky running.
So if anyone has any clues let me know. FVM does not appear to have motors for these.

I have found that with many manufacturers, calling their tech support can sometimes be more productive than their website.

I'm not certain, but I think these motors used in most N scale locomotives are sourced from China. If you have tried Fox Valley, and they do not have replacements, you might try searching 'The Motor Man' Starmann.

I am not sure if he is still doing business... could not find him on a Google search... but there may be someone who can find out.

I may be completely wrong and I hope I am but I thought I read (TRW?) recently that The Motor Man passed away.

Btw-the show is now on again with new episodes, hosted by Zachory Quinto which just happened to play young Spock in the newer Star Trek movies.;)

If you can't find a motor for the Milw Hiawatha steamer, let me know. I'd buy the remains of it.
