After stewing about the atlas body issues it looks like there will be no alco's on my roster. Going to scrap/part out my 3 RS11 chassis, and my C628 & C630 chassis since I can't get the replacent parts I need. Onward & Upward. Looking forward to the fresh cut smell of wood in the morning lol. Getting back to work on my custom built herpa freightliner cabover, with scratched, engine/tranny, interior, frame, opening cab doors. exhaust, to pull my custom trainworx 40'/28' lumber flatbed set.
my first train set was a postagestamp pennsy freight set I still have it but the box bit the dust long time ago I bought a used f unit loco chassie at a yard sale mine was all wore out I ran it till it couldnt be fixed any more
Moose/Wingnut i'm sorry i havent been able to get back to you sooner than this. Site wouldn't let me on but today it finally allowed me to change my password and i'm on again. Since last update have decided to sell off my N scale will slowly be switching over to ho scale and selling or trading the N for more ho stuff that fits my 1978-80 era layout. Building a Athearn Freightliner Coe on a Boley tanker chassis and trailer using the freightliner coe for the cab, and their tank trailer to make a freightliner tanker & trailer. That will be lighted with homemade cab interior, not sure I want to open the doors just yet.
