Got a new camera and am learning how to use. Shot this at MP582 on the Cajon BNSF sub. A set of helpers heading to hook up to a consist with computer problems.

Thanks guys. I just received a Nikon D80. I haven't quite dialed in the proper settings yet.

My rail fanning buddy just got a D300 - BIGGER bucks. But really, the image capturing is about the same. He just has more bells & whistles. $1800 for a BODY only unit is a bit steep.

Yea my buddy J.E. Landrum has a D300!
Also what program are you using to resize? Your resized photos look soft.

I use Photoshop CS3 to process my images.
