9459 is a GP40-2LW belonging to the Georgia Florida Railroad (GFRR). 500 is a former Boston & Maine GP40-2, with HATX reporting marks, also on the Georgia Florida Railroad.
1. 2. 3. HATX #500, former Guilford/Boston and Maine GP40-2 4. Cowlitz, Chehalis and Cascade 2-8-2 5. Rio Grande narrow gauge K27 6. Rio Grande SD45 Again, this is what I've found, so far. Probably wrong on something!
That D&RGW SD45 is so clean that has to be a builder's photo--they didn't stay that clean for long....
1. Georgia Florida GP40-2 #9459 2. 3. HATX #500, former Guilford/Boston and Maine GP40-2 4. Oneida and Western #20, Rahway Valley #15 5. Rio Grande K27 #454 Wasn't sure, almost unable to read numbers. 6. Rio Grande SD45 #5315 An update list, based on prior information. Second photo, not sure if it's a museum piece or not. Maybe a small diesel unit behind it, a Fairbanks Morse possibly. Could again be very much wrong!!
I can say the five that have been identified are all correct. The only one is the rusty steam loco, which (Hint) is in a museum.
Yes, it is RI 938. Well, all have them been guessed correctly, so for the first time (and last time, hopefully), we have a trio of winners: Charles W with GFRR GP40-2LW 9459, Rahway Valley 2-8-0 15 and HATX GP40-2 500 BoxcabE50 with RI Pacific 938 Bremner with D&RGW K-27 454 and D&RGW SD45 5315
