    Now i'd like to know the length of a GP30, GP35, GP40, GP60, & GP60M

    The GP30 and GP35 are 56' 2" long between coupler pulling faces. The GP40 is 59' 2" long. I would guess that the GP60 and GP60M are the same length as the GP40, but don't quote me on that.

    An answer before the question. The SD90 in all its varieties is 80 ft 2 inches.

    I don't have the diamentions yet but the GP60 is longer than any of the previous regular GP's

    Don't worry about that, I think it's on the EMD site. I really have to find something with the length's of locos.

    GP38, GP38-2, GP40, GP40-2, GP50, GP60 and GP60M are all 59' 2" with trucks on 34' centers.

    There are variations in length with GP40X and some other oddities but the base models above all ride on the same basic frame. From a kitbashing perspective this is a very good thing for modelers :D
