Alaska GP49, Those locos like the one you have a pic of are the ones they use on the new line to Tibet. I did not really go with an organization.

Great photo-essay! Terriffic photos of a rail system of which we see too little. What struck me is how clean everything is, not just the locomotives and stock, but also the trackage and yards. The track looks in very good condition. Everything in the city looks far more modern than I had expected. That is a country I would really like to visit. Thanks for the insight :thumbs_up:
