This is a single story brick building that could be a store or a restaurant. You can print the side walls where they could be used on either side of the building or you could use either side wall on both sides. When viewing the pictures remember that this is an N Scale object and is quite a bit smaller than the picture you are seeing if you are viewing on a computer monitor. For instance from more than 15 inches or so it gets hard to see the actual bricks on the model. You know it is a brick wall but you don't really see the individual bricks but the model as a whole. You also have the option of printing the building as a complete unit but as you see that has some drawbacks in how the side wall will look. Above you can see what happens with the printed brick pattern depending on if the wall is printed in the 'Y' or 'X' plane on the printer. I'll probably use the whole print option when the side walls won't be very visible on the layout as it takes the gluing step out of the procedure.
