    Yep, that'd make them a lot more interesting... I wonder how long CSX will wait until they paint them; NS seems to wait a long time.

    I gree that it will be interesting to see how long it takes these units to get painted. Also,any idea what shop will paint them?

    That's what I thought when I first saw them... I think the KCS units's stripes go the other direction.

    Harold the NS waits until they can do without the engine before it's painted.They need the power so badly right now it might be awhile before these untis are painted.I can name at least 12 new trains we get here.And we are told there are still more to come.

    Just reported: # 5235 hit a tractor trailer at a crossing in southern North Carolina last week.. I don't know about the damage to the loco yet. Driver of semi escaped unharmed (except maybe for his pants [​IMG] )
