Have a video of the updated On30 Bachmann Mogul.

Am sure the question is "Is the updated version worth the price?"

Having done the conversion on an analog, price-wise:

Worth the $50 for sound, having done the conversion, yeah.

What does narrow gauge steam sound like? Go to the 3:55 mark.

I've been reading a book on the Durango Silverton. It's one of those little tourist info books that list every relevant thing you'll see milepost by milepost. What is interesting is that the Silverton branch most like ran locos like this due to the small rail size and poor grading.

This really fits the early era from about 1880 to 1890 for those kinds of lines. What they run in their tourist operations is more of a 1940's era heavier loco.

It would be interesting to see if this could be re-gauged to actual 3 foot track.
