Have replaced all turnouts with PECO N insulfrog. Tips for where to add wire feeders and rail gaps?

Are you sure they are insulfrogs and not the newer Unifrog turnouts? If Insulfrogs be sure to check the flange clearance on the guardrails. The Insulfrogs were made to European NEMA standards, not American NMRA. The flange clearance may be too wide allowing the opposite wheel flange to hit the frog causing a derailment.

Its been a while but IIRC insulfrogs are power routing, meaning if they go to stub sidings then you can park a DC loco on one of them and it won't move until the switch is lined to it's track. If you have feeders past the frog then you need a gap on the two inside rails somewhere between the feeder and the turnout. I avoid mucking with the turnouts themselves and instead gap and add feeders to the flex track that they are attached to. Makes it easier to reuse the turnouts later on.
