I must say I really do like Petrax videos, they are the greatest and the quilty of these videos are very high. I now have the Pentrex video #194515, it's a vintage double feature with the Royal Gorge Rio Grande in the begining and a movie about Rio Grandes derailment called Trouble at Troublesome. The Rio Grande trouble at Troublesome was a safety awareness video, but it does show the horrible wreckage at the Troublesome curve. The engineer and the brakeman were talking and never noticed the yellow over green light and then came the red light but it was too late. This wreck involved 4 of the Rio Grande locomotives I model in G scale, F3-A #5521, F3-B #5522, F3-A #5523 and F3-B #5524. This accident happened in Pactolus Colorado in 1965. These units were all repaired only to be scrapped out in 1966. You get to see the Rio Grande cranes go to work, bulldozers pulling cars away. I really like this video and if you like Rio Grande,this is a must have. I gota see if they have this on DVD now, mine is VHS and thats how long I had this movie and it still plays well.

I just purchased "Street Running." Excellent with about 30 different USA street running locations. Some go back to the late 1980s. They also mentioned about 15 locations that they did not film. "Cajon II," "Beaumont Hill," and "Donner" are also my favorites. That "Donner" DVD gives new meaning to "snow!" They derail a tunnel motor (SD45T-2; the rails spread) and rerail it with blocks of wood. It is snowing and snowing the whole time. I also have the "Stormy: Lordsburg District." Haven't watched that yet. I'm waiting until Christmas morning so I can preempt those stupid Christmas DVDs. Ha!

DVD Sale Excellent prices on the videos offered. I bought a dozen to replace VHS tapes. Just need to expand the list of titles on VHS to DVD. The MKT tape is excellent but mine has jammed in the VCR so even though I got it out in one piece I'm afraid to try and play it again. The MKT tape is really excellent so it needs to go to DVD.
