I linked 2 photo's today to my albums under the Its Monday Accomplishment thread. BoxCab could not open due to "You do not have permission to view media..files". Tonight I get home and strike up the iPad, sign in, and I get the same thing. To my own album. I've looked at my account, settings, etc., and I see nothing I've inadvertently toggled on/off to cause this. To Admin: Is there something I'm missing I can reset or toggle on/off??? Thanks.... Weird. I saw them in the thread, and can see them in your album. If Ken (BoxCab50) can't see them, though, that is even stranger. He has more access than I do!
Ok. I just tried, too, with the same result as you guys. I can see them fine as thumbnails, and then, if I click on them, I get the error message. If I go direct to the album, I can see them fine. How did you link them? On my iPad now, so can't do much tracing, but will look at the links on my PC in morning.
Seems to be working fine. Even on the "Monday AM progress" thread, I was able to open them. (As long as I'm signed in)
This one works for me, too, but the original does not. I just looked at the code for the page, and rather than a direct image link, I see a redirect to another link for media upload. We may have something weird happening with those links, but we are getting to the end of my html abilities, quickly. (I was hoping it was something quick and easy to see).
^ No. But strange, NOW I get the error message. ALSO, I notice when I click on the thumbnail, I am no longer logged on the pop-up page trying to bring the picture in. ???
I'm not sure at this point. You might try deleting it and creating another album to see if the behavior is repeated. If it is, or others have the same problem, we would have to do some investigating. Charlie

Seems my the links to my photo's through Thumbnails are "snake bit". I am going to try posting whole pictures and see what happens. Also, when I'm logged in and hit post: I get this: The following error occurred: You must be logged in to do that. Log in or Sign up Your name or email address: Do you already have an account? No, create an account now. Yes, my password is: Forgot your password? Stay logged in Log in with Facebook Log in with Twitter Log in with Google
Testing: I may have fixed this. Problem was almost too obvious. I didn't seem to have my permission and outside permission in sync' to view album shots.
