I'm sure, somewhere about post #70 and continuing, I posted here. All the old links are now broken, as our imaging site, Railimages, went through revisions. Great to see an old thread come back alive. Ah, here is one, and this was before Helicon software:

 

"Zebra Train" by "Grandure Lady"

Grandure Lady - my girlfriend of almost a year now made up and ran this unit train. The "Zebra Train" holds at the throat of the Grandure Yard waiting for the CP express grain train that has the green. A "borrowed" CP geep is ready to haul the load of ziquified Mysterium to points unknown.:

 

this lacks the length shot but i promise if you imagine 20 more of the BNSF Mineral red coal porters you will see it. also a shorter 10 car coal train fills on the flood loader

its the thought that counts.

A couple of the unit trains currently at work. Should've been an Intermodal but must have missed it. Maybe another day.................

Grandure Yard with four made up / staged unit trains and a 5th, (grain train along the back just in front of Olde Town).

 

Patched, (after the take over by GN), X - UP, Now Great Northern SD60 hauls very heavy Mysterium pellets as a tank car train of ziquefied Mysterium:

Between the two trains is a "Memory Fence", (made from computer memory), immemorial of my father who was also a very creative character.

In the short run the elevated track will used for "local transit". In the long run bullet trains will ride those rails.

 

I have 27 of the first run BLMA TopGon cars with 24 more on order. I have ordered Hay Bros loads for them and plan to put a Richmond Controls FRED on one. I know that NS really runs more mixed hoppers than pure TopGons, but I like the look!
