    Hi there.
Please let me know what are they carry by using CN Rainbow Cylindrical?
I have believed Cylindrical hopper carries grain, but this one is lettered Chemical formulae on its side. This one means material of Urethane, moreover it's liquid!!

    Thank you.

I'm pretty sure the sliding doors under these hoppers are not watertight, so they wouldn't carry liquid - if they are labelled for urethane (I can't read the detail on that page) then it will probably be plastic pellets, which are usually carried in covered hoppers.

    Thank you Mike and HemiAdda2d

Chemical formulae tells OCN(CH2)4NCO or OCN(CH2)6NCO
so it would not be plastic pellets or Soda Ash/Potash.:tb-sad:

Jun, Hello and welcome. I can't read the chemical formula in any of the pictures I found (would have to Google what it meant, anyway !), but this site has info that it is "Potash". Note that only one side of the car is rainbow, the other side is a normal grey (?). Hope this helps. Bob C.

this product Hexamethylene diisocyanate is used to produce a polymer when combined with butanediol which is a crystal. The product is used in the production of plastics. Hexamethylene diisocyanate is also used in the production of enamel paints and gives it that hard shinny surface for a more durable finish and is used in automotive and aircraft paint. So in the car the product is combined with another to produce a compound used in the plastics industry.

It looks to me to be something used for the production of poly-urethane.
