Realistic DIY N Scale Turnout with basic tools

I have done this N Scale turnout with bare basic tools without any Jigs. without even NMRA Gauge (because I don't have one).

I am sharing so anyone can follow and do the turnouts.

 

cool how you built those . i saved video for future building. where do you get the templates from ?

That is a great video and got me into building turnouts from paper templates along with using a FastTracks fixture. Peco also has some templates you can print out...

I've use the FastTrack templates and one of my own for a curved turnout where I couldn't find one with the radiuses that I wanted. I saw the Peco ones but so far haven't tried using one,
