I have tried removing the truss portion of the standard Kato single Track bridge. I keep breaking the tabs or the deck girder portion. Could anyone give me some ideas on this? Does it "unlatch" in some fashion I haven't comprehended? Thanks for the help.
Watching this thread with interest. I have three of these and am either considering modifying them to increase clearance, or replacing them entirely with something scratchbuilt. I hadn't realised that these might unclip, would save me an immediate headache if getting them apart is easy.
I filed and sanded mine down so that it can be removed with only a little effort. It was so long ago I don't remember exactly what I did. I remember it took a lot of trials to get it correct.
