I was doing some testing tonight after receiving a DE10 and D210 engines, I was surprised to see just how closely all their engines are matched in speed for a certain voltage setting, starting with DD51, then to EF66, then DE10 and D210 at half throttle they seemed to stay equal distant form each other from starting position. I think that is rather remarkable.

The DE10 is a little gem. it has 4 power axles and only inner axle on class C truck is not powered but with traction tires it is quite powerful for such a small package. Not as heavy as D210 or EF66 but still powerful. I do not know if it is practical or possible to combine engines of different classes together or not as I have only seen them in matched pairs in movies and photos, except when being towed dead by another engine.
