    Thanks Denis! They would be a little large for my layout (N scale [​IMG] ) but I am sure ho modelers will be glad to see them!

    Do these cars tend to waunder around the CSXT system?

    You mean these cars can handle coal?

    As I said, I have seen the smaller, earlier built ones, in coke service. I have not seen any of the larger cars in coke service though. However, they do have discharge gates that are orientated like a coal hopper so I guess they could be used if necessary. However, they would NOT be able to load the car to the brim like they do with the smaller, standard coal hoppers because the car would be seriously overloaded and would probably suffer a major structural failure.
