Hi my name is (state your name here) and I have been a Loco junky since (Date you started collecting) . I actually feel much better after this post now that I can tell my wife I know of people that have even more engines than I do . It will make the ordered units arriving in sept/oct a little easier getting past upper management onto the railroad (c424's,Sharknoses,RDC's and the Cliners)! I guess my theory is I like variety and I switched eras's but I just can't get rid of my steam era engines. Oh well time to go get my fix , I think today will be 1966 !

A good friend of mine who is a locomotive engineer for CSX, is modeling the Clinchfield RR. He has been buying locos for about ten years. He hasn't built a layout yet but has over 90 engines. I think his goal is to re-create the whole Clinchfield roster. He has Kato F-7s Kato SD-40s Atlas GP9s Atlas RS-11s. All painted in various Clinchfield schemes and acurately numbered. He keeps them in a 3 foot high chest of drawers and every drawer is full to the top.
