I have a nice baseball style jacket with the 9271 on the back, and the "BN" logo on the front!!

SD60M's are still one of my favorites in BN. Caught one years ago in Oregon IL on the C&I.

    Cool jacket Kurt!

Nice photo Jim! I seem to have developed a soft spot for the SD60M's too.

Some great photos in this thread. I just spent the past hour going through some of them. WOW.

Here are some photos I took this past June at MP 1721.8 at the Deception Falls trestle -BNSF Scenic sub. I appologize for the picture quality, I do need to pick up a new camera.

Have to admit that after seven years, the great pumpkin scheme is growing on me, although I still like the H1 the best. Here is my favorite shot from IL last year. Dave (ppuin) and I set out for an afternoon of chasing trains before Galesburg RR Days. We are east of the Chillicothe Sub on and older highway overpass.

A Rainy day in Skykomish, WA on the Scenic Sub this past December.

BNSF painted this Jordan spreader from the old BN green to this hideous orange sometime in the last year.

Looks like they are slowly getting Skykomish restored. My last stop there it was such a mess that any railfanning was beyond difficult. :(

They have been hard at work.

Moved the old depot to the north side of the tracks. I believe it will be turned into a RR museum
    [IMG]
Someone said they were going to rehab the old inn soon.

It's a nice place now to railfan...when it's not raining. LOL

Recently I traveled with my son up valley to do some much needed railfanning. I happened to spot a BNSF passing through Bond, CO and turned a quick 180 to photograph it. The sun was not in my favor but that did not stop me from shooting a few photos. Here are some of the images that I captured at Yarmony.
