Question System Jorger Question

Many years ago I purchased a De Luxe System Jorger speed control. I just found it in one of my many boxes and I have no idea whether it originally came with any instrucions or not. Does anyone have one and know whether it will handle 12 volts DC and which terminals to hook the power up to? I've got a use for it, but don't remember its finer points.

FYI I use 12 v DC 800mA on two and 12v dc 500 mA on another and I feel like the 800 is better but...minimal or mental. Haha
