From the Marvin Crim Collection, Ron Buser Photo. Taft was located just along the Big Four tracks west of Anderson about half way between 38th Street and 53rd Street. The traction line also ran along there.

By the way, the new Winter 2020 issue of Classic Trains magazine has a nice two-page feature on the NYC at Waterloo, IN in 1949 as part of the magazine's What's In a Photograph series. There's also smaller photo of Waterloo in 1907 showing the diamond at WX Tower. The depot was built in 1883 and survives, now owned by the city at a new location nearby.
