Tar Paper Roll Width/Length

OK, I am getting within eye shot of needing to roof the roundhouse and am thinking of black "tar paper." I've made the stuff in HO and N, BUT in O scale the detail must be there SO does anyone know the width and length of most rolls of this stuff? I can easily translate into O scale if you only have 1:1 info
