Looks like this is in the industrial tracks, but I cannot picture where exactly. Things have changed too much for me.

Nice find! I see BNSF "shoving platforms" regularly on the VRF cams in Chehallis, most are still in cascade green and looking rather unloved but that looks a little less, except could do with a wash
Thanks! They still use it inside regularly, has a nice horn on the top too for back-up moves as well. If anyone remembers the really nice Great Northern caboose running around here about a decade ago,this is it. The foreman had the paint shop in Interbay repaint it.
