Passenger service on the "Lost Coast Division" takes a backseat to freight operations but that doesn't mean it isn't there, usually gumming up the local switching operations at the most inopportune times, so I do have passenger stations scattered across my layout.
They are an eclectic bunch of structures ranging from wooden and cardboard craftsman and laser cut kits to a couple of cast resin structures you could use to block the tires of your car so it doesn't roll downhill.
Basically they are what I picked-up cheap at train shows back in the days when you could do that kind of thing.

The above is the first N-Scale craftsman kit I ever built and it now serves as the home of the "Lost Coast Model RR Club", the "Humboldt County Railroad Museum" and Eureka's RDC served commuter rail.

This is an old photo as I have added rain gutters and downspouts since it was taken.

Another craftsman kit, this one cardstock, that serves the community of "Petrolia"; "We're not just a 'Big Oil' Company Town".
There are examples of more manufactures in this picture than I could hope to keep track of many of them I don't even remember.

This is my pride and joy, a scale kit of the Azusa California station the town I spent a goodly portion of the first thirty years of my life in. It is a cast resin/plastic (?) stricture from the now sadly defunct "Nu-Line".
I'll leave it here for now, though I have several more stations available to show.

THE Station in 'Jeans Valley' is just a bland brick building where party goers are dropped off for a weeks worth of partying on 'THE Excursion Train'.

Here is one of the cast resin kits holding down duties at "River Bend", I desperately need one of those Showcase Miniatures mail trucks for this scene.

This is the other cast resin kit, they are both from the same company whose name has been lost to history.

Sand Lake on the Violet Hill Railway, a common Walthers kit. The signs give away that it's served by Amtrak.

From my old N Scale road in 1992, a scratchbuilt station. I hadn't finished painting the trim or crowding the platform with passengers. I wanted a high platform station for my RDC and nobody made such, so I built this one.

Here on the moosline, passenger trafic is quite important.
The station provide an important connection between US and canadian rail service... (at this time the Canadian is on it way... ).

Keep the pics and inputs coming! I'm very interested to see how you , North American people, size your passenger station campared to the rest of your layout.

    Take care

The lighting in your photo really works well with the scene!

I like the Pepsi vending machine too, a nice detail touch.
