Here's some information for you model railroad fans: The Train Collectors Association (TCA) will hold its 52nd national convention in San Antonio June 18-25 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. TCA is a non-profit national toy train collecting/operating club with over 31,000 members. Major toy train manufacturers Lionel and Mikes Train House (MTH) will have public displays at the hotel Friday, June 23, 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday, June 24, 10 AM to 4 PM. There will also be five operating train layouts including American Flyer S gauge. The TCA invites everyone to view these displays on the third floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown San Antonio at 111 E. Pecan Street. You may park in a ground level, open to the public, parking lot on Martin St. This is on the back side of the hotel, across the street (100 feet). Fee is $2.50 per 24 hour period. Most other parking is $5.00-7.00 per day.
