Here is a real oldie. This is from when I was building my first NTRAK modules. Track is in place and some of the buildings are finished. Most are still blocks of wood and card board boxes. ;)

I got the DPM Schultz's Garage kit done with a little twist. I wanted it to look more like a city building so I cut the front and rear down slightly and installed a flat roof. It still needs a couple vents on the roof and a rooftop AC unit but it's done for the most part. Now I'm starting on the DPM Seymour Block kit.

Incredible is right! We have a lot of talent here. :tb-biggrin:
Here is a meet where two rivals pass each each other. The Niagara has rights to the main while the Pennsy Duplex has to wait in the hole. It is single track in the Seneca Sub.

Great trackwork! Nice weathering, guard rails, etc.

Looks like a saw-by coming up?

I plan to cut down a couple of old syringe needle covers and at least one of the plunger cover caps.

I recently picked up this Walther's REA Reefer at the LHS. After I strip it and replace the doors it should make an interesting MoW car.

Well I guess I'll play this week since I finally got some new pics on the layout. SD40-2 3093 leads EB through a tree lined cut just east of Alma

Flash, that's exactly right...a sawby. That'll teach one of the hoggers to be early and the other to be late. :tb-biggrin:

Actually, I purposefully had the tail end look like that for the effect of distance, and also to highlight the main's grade as it disappears into the distance at left.

Not really artist's license, but it is taking a liberty, I know.

Love the weathering on the running boards. Looks almost like, well, dust. I am sure you have a technique to get the effect.

Yep. Just crank the airbrush down to a FINE mist and patience. Layer it until you get the results you want
