At the same time in Rowe, Extra 2109, the Las Vegas - Albuquerque Local, is performing a run around move to shove a car into the fabric mill. Barely halfway to their destination, the crew of Extra 2109 arrives at Glorieta with a lonely boxcar and crummy in tow. They will drop the boxcar at Glorieta and then proceed with just the caboose to Lamy, New Mexico, where a hand full of cars will be added.
