    Nope, no Mini-skirt. Candy's modeling mid/late 50's, so it has to be Short-Shorts and her father's white dress shirt tied just above the waist. Oh Yeh, and tennis sneakers with white socks. Remember guys, these gals were "pure" back then regardless what your older brother told you went on in drive-in movies. LOL

    9000!!!!! How can a locomotive with that many wheels get around a curve? I've always wondered that.

    The 9000 Class was designed with lateral motion on the #1 and #6 drivers, so they could shift 2" in either direction to accommodate tight curves without derailing.

    The Russians were so impressed with the 9000's design and ability that they built a 4-14-4 rigid frame locomotive in the mid-1930's. Unfortunately, the frame was just too long. It derailed on most curves and was a complete failure, even with blind drivers and lateral motion axles. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4-14-4
