This week, I want to see some Intermodal! :D

    So, show me some Intermodal!

    That's it! :D

New photos are highly encouraged. ;) As always, Photoshop is allowed but the main subject must remain a physical model. One image per member.

"Times up" will be posted next Monday so dont wait until the last minute. After the times up I'll post the poll for everyone on TrainBoard to choose their favorite image.

Nice pics so far. Well, bar or no bar, this is the best (focus-wise) I could get out of a point-and-shoot digital.

As I mostly model the early 50s, this will have to do. A Southern Pacific TOFC train.

Too many good choices, it's almost impossible to be happy with a single pick.......... Wasn't it Lay's Potato Chips that said 'bet you can't eat just one?'

Wow! Here I thought I wasn't interested or didn't care about intermodal modeling. These are all fine choices, and the mid-20th century examples have me re-thinking my previous disinterest in intermodal (that's my modeling era).

Quite frankly I think early TOFC is more interesting to model than today's double stacks. But that's just me. Some folks love steam...I like diesels. OTOH, when I go to Mogollon's layout I run steam cause he doesn't have diesels. In the long run it's all trains.
