Did Kirk shut down? Have health issues? I have not seen a new issue noted on the website since last Fall.

It does not look like their Facebook page has been updated since October 2022? Hope All is well with Kirk? I really don't want to talk to Mr. Answering Machine, but if someone was to call Mr. Answering Machine @ 206•364•1295 and get an update, please let us know if all is well or has Kirk pulled the plug on the magazine?

Refund checks have been mailed to all but a few overseas that I have to use PayPal. I'll post on the website when it fires up again."
I have been trading emails with Kirk. I have known him for over forty years. We were involved with N-Trak together way back, shared many a swap meet table through the years.... Anyhow, I will not speak of what has been ongoing except to say he has a very legitimate reason for the pause in publication. He does indeed plan to get rolling again, and is anxious to do so. Meanwhile, back paper issues are still available for sale and all of the on-line issues are still there to download.
Speaking as a Fellow Internet Based Content Provider, I am very grateful for what Kirk and Company-- mostly Kirk since NSR went all-digital I would think-- has contributed to the hobby. Even if he doesn't output another byte he needs to be inducted into the N Scale Hall of Fame. Well, once it's created...
