For those who don't know Spitfire on the nameboard is the name of another of the Battle of Britain locomotives as well as a Shepherd Neame beer. This is at Falmer a few miles out of Brighton the loco is working up a 1 in 200ish grade to Falmer Tunnel then its a coast downhill to Lewes. 37248 is on the rear of the train as it reverses at Eastbourne and Ashford.
