    Brass Detail Parts

I have just finished outfitting the last of the Intermodal Ottawa's that I am building. The fret of brass still has a few detail items on it. I have enough parts to detail 6 Peterbuilt trucks. If anyone is interested in obtaining any of these detail parts, let me know. I have 6 sets which include mudflaps, fifth wheel and 2 side mirrors. Same details that are seen on the Peterbuilt photo below!

Wow Tim! What an amazing thing, headlights on a Z Scale truck.:shade: That's really cool! I can't wait to see it painted. I think there will be just enough cab glow to really set the model apart! Excellent work!

I'm also working on a small industry. Note the powerplant in the back. In the foreground are the cars I received from Robert.

Nice Industrial area Jürg, very well detailed! I just got a factory like the one on the left, but I did not know there were 2 different tall factories available?

    Farm Equipment

Just another item I have brought out of Moth Balls and am currently producing!

A Z scale Farm Combine Harvestor with a Corn Head.

This view shows the unloading chute swung to the side.

The Grain Truck has arrived. The Combine can unload and start reaping again!

I will also make a few that would be dis-assembled to ride the rails on a flat car!

    Enjoy!

    p.s. Anyone interested in one?

    Tim,
I like that dump truck, it looks like a older model than the "makemymodel" version. Any plans to sell it?

Well it's not on my workbench, but on my drawing board.
But I soon hope to have it on my workbench for some more RR building.

I haven't been working on the Railroad, but........

I have been working on other "Z" things! Like a small production of John Deere Tractors, Hay bailers, and stacks of hay!

And then there are the Corn Harvestors! 5 complete, 5 to go. Then comes the airbrushing and decals.

And finally, the last of the Ottawa Yard Mules. The mold finally gave way so I stopped casting them. Probably made 25 or so Ottawa's. 25 was my initial goal. (Don Avila, yours are in this group!)

And when I finish all of these above items, it's a start/finish on these beauties. 48' and 53' Trailers to ride the rails on my Alan Curtis Spine and 89' Flats. All hollow. Hopefully the mold will support about 20+ more castings each! If not, i can always make more molds.

Just for ChitZ & GiggleZ I am going to do a little modifying to my 3 bay PS2 and see what kind of new design mold I can come up with. Need a zero bubble casting design application. I got it whipped now! Just need to find a reasonable etching company! After that, a Mi-Jack Translift crane master to make molds from! Stay tuned boyZ and girlZ! More to come!

Nice set of models Tim. I could use 10 of the trailers for my spine cars. :D

Do you plan on selling any?

Tim, you sure have been a busy bee. Looks great as always, and start working on the Mi-Jack. There aint no farmers on my layout.

    Tim,

Nice to see you got MY trailers out of the molds. I can't wait to see them on MY spine and flat cars. It's a shame everyone else will have to wait awhile.

    :teeth:

I hope I can grab at least a few of them. Looks like you better send me an updated total!

    TNT'z Grain Truck

Chris, what you saw in the photo with the Corn Harvestor was a grain truck that I made some time back. Probably had sold about 15 of them to various people. My experience in mold making was still new so most of the castings did not turn out good. The grain truck in the photo was one I had never parted with.

If you look at the stake bed trucks that Make My Model has to sell, they are as close to a grain truck as you can come right now. Just need to glue some .005 styrene plastic in the bed to close the gaps between the wooden stakes. Just a suggestion!

As far as a dump truck, it has the wrong bed on it. Now, if you are looking for just the cab, I do have a few left. It's the chassis that I only have one good one of. I have some white and clear cabs. Email me your address and which one you want an I will send it your way. Not sure if it is compatible with the MakeMyModel dump truck chassis. Never know!

I'm trying to make a small (slim) Layout with my "otherlionel" Buildings. This is just a fast setup and not the final:

    Wow Jurg,

Your building collection is just as nice as your rolling stock collection!

Chris, you can't spend a lot of money with Rolling Stock and use some cheap plastic houses on your layout. :)
I love the work from Lionel and also all those Laserworks from Robert and Kim. I can't doit by myself. The only thing I can build are Buildings from Microstru (brass).
