Why Can't I Edit A Thread I started?

    I'm trying to edit "7 buildings..." and I don't see EDIT anywhere. My profile says I can edit posts.

    When you select your own post, you should see an "Edit Post" selection in about the center below the message. These only last for a certain amount of time, and maybe you have gone past that amount, I'm not sure how long it is.

    This has been explained many times, here in Support:

    There is a time limit for editing the message body. A topic title can only be edited by administrators.

    So what is the time limit for editing the message body? I have not had this problem in the past so I never had to look in Support for that info.
