Here are some photos taken in Melbourne Australia during the week This train is a suburban set just arriving at Spencer Street Station Spencer Street has just been rebuilt and is now called Southern Cross Station This next train is a self propelled unit that is run by V-line for country network passengers. This is the velocity train which have only been commissioned recently, one was severely damaged last week when it collided with a semi trailer at a unprotected level crossing. An off duty driver and passenger were killed in the accident. Here is a front view of the train.
some good shots Paul, can't seem to say anything nice about the appearance of most new DMU's in this country, all this streamlining seems to destroy the attractiveness of the train. give me a 620 anyday
