The steel braces and likely the underframe still look good, but I suspect that a lot of that wood is rotted or compromised in some fashion. It looks like it's been out there, untended, for a long time. Consider any wood as suspect. Treat like a home reno. Pull out all that's rotten or worn out, and replace with new. And don't forget lumber prices of late - they'll leave your bank account in worse condition than that caboose.
