I learned something that y'all probably know already, but I didn't and maybe others can benefit also....WS Realistic Water goofs can be removed easily....

I poured a log pond and the last layer covered the bridge pier tops. I didn't think much about it until I tried to re-install the bridge last night and it didn't fit...the bridge rails were higher than the approach rails. On a hunch, I sliced the Realistic Water around the pier tops with a hobby knife (#11 blade), and the layers of RW just peeled up off of the piers. After cutting the edges, I stuck the tip of the knife blade under one edge of the RW and it peeled up...the stuff is flexible and didn't stick to the pier tops.

The pier tops are Hydrocal castings with a smooth surface, so it should work with similar smooth surfaces like rocks, etc. But it also might work with more "bumpy" surfaces like Sculptamold or Masonite...dunno?

No amount of planning replaces Dumb Luck....:startled:

There are 2 different types of water the WS produces. Is this the kind that comes in the bottle already in a liquid form? Or is this the stuff that is in crystal form that you need to heat up and I believe mix with water?

Do you know if this stuff is safe on styrofoam or not?

This is WS Realistic Water as stated in the original post. I've done this peeling in the same matter it works. All final touch up can be made with some Realistic Water and a paint brush to cover up blemishes. Or, another very light pour will cover blemishes up. Jim
