The diorama reproduces one real scene. I saw it long time ago in a old picture. Unfortunately, this picture is not avaible now, so, I do the entire diorama from my memory.
Is a industrial area near Verdum, where was take place one of the most larges battles of WWI.
    Is a 1/32 scale and it is 23 x 12 inches
The buildings are made in cardboard and wood, the rails are brass, and the cobblestone is engraved in foam.

    Regards
    Xavier

Just noticed this and WOW. I'm really impressed with the rust texture on the loco, particularly the cab. Baking soda?

Been noticing, and wondering now, how you did the exposed brick
on the yellowish? building on the right?
    Plastered over and chipped or....??
    Nice effect!
