Hi, Robert. When you get bored with NP depots and would like to move on to other buildings I'd trade you what is fair exchange if you could make a reasonable facsimile of this extinct, odd-shaped building (Capen House.) I would do the details, porches, etc...No rush. I'm not even sure what I'll do with it but it will find a home somewhere. It would be nice to have one of your custom buildings. I have more than enough SCM vehicles than I need. Jim 2885426616_6d4dba0624_o.jpg

Just the corner part made of wood right? Yes, I like it, I'm bored with Depot's, and if you tell me what scale size you want it to be, or I'll go by 24' x 48' x 2.5 stories. (3 levels) I need a diversion from Depots. I'll build it first, and you trade me what you think it's worth from my list of desireables.

Thanks, Robert. That would be fantastic. When you say just the corner do you mean the store only? I would hope for the entire wooden structure minus porches, fire escapes, etc...I will add those. Did you notice there appears to be a covered stairwell leading up to the brick building? That is not necessary. I would want it in z, of course. This building is from the late 1700's, early 1800's if that would help you estimate what it's actual size was. My guess is it was not too large. I have lots of built and detailed SCM vehicles including one hauling a MicronArts vehicle that you may like along with some pick-ups. If you could install your magnet system that would be great too. You can paint it any neutral color. I'll take care of the rest. Thanks so much. BTW. you can compress it's length by a window or two. The basic shape is what intrigued me. Jim
