Here are some pics from Yukon, OK yesterday.

The UP caboose is part of the railroad museum that includes a restored boxcar and a Rock Island passenger car (somehow didn't get many photos of those, so sorry about that). The passenger car and boxcar are the railroad museum which is only open selected hours.

Haven't seen the "keep trucking by train" before, so thought that was cool.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

This museum appears to reside in some sort of former industrial area? I see the connecting switch has been removed.

Train order signal has interesting blades. That style is usually assigned to lineside semaphores. T-O usually have rounded or stub ends....

Boxcab, the cars are just across the street from the Yukon Flour Mill elevator on what was the lead to the CO-OP elevator. There's not an active turnout on the UP line going through town that connects them as you saw, but there were remnants of the former trackage.

Nice pics Ron. That caboose looks really nice. I remember seeing just one that had the Keep Trucking by Rail logo on it but it was pretty ragged though.
