Looks like they are gone. How much did they sell for?

There are still several out there. B-I-N $350, but no bids at $210-220.

I'm not sure why you would buy one RIGHT NOW anyway. As soon as the FVM's hit the streets the price on the brass will drop. At this point you still probably have bidders that don't know the FVM's are coming (or don't think the quality will be there) but you gotta think the supply will go up and the demand and price will go nowhere but down, at least in the short term.

    I have a B on order. Can't wait!

Yes there are still some on ebay. I also have a few of the FVM's on order, including an undec A-B-A set I plan on painting in Kodachrome just for fun...

OK, found them now. I tried to find them via my Swiss eBay.ch search, but even when I entered worldwide search they did not come up. However, with my eBay.com variant, they came up instantly. Good to know that it is worth checking via different channels. Same may hold if someone from the US is looking for European offers.

I think we all have that piece we have waited forever to get. Thats the beauty of ebay. I have stuff I never dreamed I would see again in my life. yes, the price will drop when the plastic hits the stores. But if they do a limited run then the price will probably climb for brass and plastic both. I have had engines that when the price got rediculously high I had to let them go. Then maybe a year later dropped by half and I bought one back. Sounds like your dream is about to come true.

There was a very limited run from Overland of these models. Thats why the price is usually high on these models.

Actually, looking at the models presently offered on eBay, I'd say the starting prices are quite moderate. No wonder when there is such a high number available at the same time.

I've got several Overland brass locos and all of them are great runners! It's just a shame that the company decided to not produce anymore N scale items.
