I don't want to hijack Jeff's thread, any more than I already might have, and there ain't much to tell. While in high school I hung around a local radio station and started mimicking voices for comedy bits and commercials. In my 20s I lived near the center of Harrisburg, Lancaster (PA), and Baltimore MD and started doing it there as a part time lark. I had about 15 or 20 voices back then but after straining the chords for 40+ years they all sound the same to me - like Walter Brennan/Grandpa Amos McCoy. I kind of look like him now too.
I had the chance acquaintance to meet and get to know Knoll Blanc, his father did the voices for Bugs Bunny and family. Yep, we don't want to hi-jack anything. More later and perhaps on another thread.
