Can anyone tell me the difference in the High Band Bluenose and the Low Skirt Bluenose color schemes on Amtrak P-42 engines? I keep looking at pictures of these engines taken from 2000 until recently and the mention of High Band and Low Band is not obvious to me. I believe this is on the Phase IV color scheme only but I could be wrong. Joe
