I have a new BLI E7 with Paragon2. Straight out of the box it did its engine start up when placed on DCC track (I have an NCE PowerCAB). I get headlight, bell and all other sounds but no horn. If I try to move the loco in either direction the engine sound revs up but I get brake squeal and no movement. The headlight dims when the "brakes" squeal. On the programming track it reads the decoder fine and I can change addresses and CVs without problems. But can't get the thing to move! The loco runs fine on DC, responding well at low speed and sounds brilliant. I went through the factory reset procedure in the Paragon2 manual but still have the same problem. I'm guessing BLI are still on vacation as no response yet to an email query. Has anybody else experienced this problem and found a remedy? Cheers David
