    You are correct , I was just using LaTourneau as a generic term .... the Wagners were in use in Idaho as well and all the loggers I worked around just called it " the Latourneau " meaning " any unloader " like CAT for any earth mover on tracks etc. . It would be a real chanllenge but they have been made in HO , I doubt one would need the carrage to tilt and lift. A kit like some of the cranes would be great for the fine scale builders and Master Craft modelers .

    True, but how would one replicate the hardest part of the tilt mechanism? The teeth on the bottom of the whatchamahoosit that is attached to the boom to tilt it back and forth.
