Found these on Zbay (item 260235594520). Pretty well made. Flat car only, not for gondolas (too wide). 1.05" lone (scale 19') and 0,475" wide (8.7 feet).

    Robert,
I have several packages of these also and yes, they look great, but they are very fragile.......easy to bend if not handled carefully. I've thought of adding a little super glue carefully to the inside to kind of "stiffen up" the edges which are most vulnurable to damage.

Along the South I-5 exit into Medford, the highway dept is making a new freeway entrance and these kinds of pipes are used often as forms to pour cement into. They are stacked up in piles along the highway exit ramp. They sure help a road construction scene.

why not make your own? I just get a small bolt that has threads of the right size, and wrap some foil around for the corrugation :)

Metric hardware has a finer pitch than Inch. These are done very well, nearly seamless. He has cut the pieces to the exact length so when rolled, the seams meet. For <<$10, why waste my time.

Yes, longer ones would look better but if you look in the real world, 20' is the norm. A smaller diameter version would be nice though.
