Dang, give him an inch and he goes hog wild. (How is that for mixing metaphors?) Darren likes to post numbers in long strings.
From the time I checked at work and the time I got the home pc fired up (30 minutes) the numbers went wild. Still within 20 per Mark's rule here is my #51 Gary
Thanks. It's a mistake that I remembered and decided to use here. It's various combinations of artist acrylic black thinned with Rustall. Go heavy on the Rustall and just minimal drops of black to vary the stain. Forgot to mention the link to the Texas Central Lines. Here is my contribution to the website. My first ops session ever.
#53 is our last number posted before the catch-up numbers, so looks like we need #54 to move on. First person to post #54 gets a virtual hug!
I'm pretty sure I have a 5454. Would that count? Unfortunately I am 224,000 N scale miles away from my layout. Hmm, that's the perigee of the moon's orbit. Maybe NASA can take the picture? I'll search my images.
Candy saves the day We have #54! THANK YOU Candy!!!!!!! :we2-v_SPIN: :we2-v_SPIN: :we2-v_SPIN: :we2-v_SPIN:
Great, Candy! I searched all sorts of places for a model of any type with 54. You must have done that one with a custom job? Looks good. I have a 56; just waiting now.
Remember, we're counting with models in this thread. Our big sister thread is still looking for prototype numbers though.
Kitbash: Lighten up! We are supposed to be doing models, not prototypes. I didn't mean to mislead you. BTW, there is a prototype thread on counting. Anyone have a link? We now need a #55. Sounds like an ATSF warbonnet somewhere?
